Pour is pretty... yellow gold withy a nice tight head, though it's not totally clear, and that tight head dissipates far too quickly for my preference. Small bits of lacing, but not much.
Nose is really lovely. Very inviting classic pilsner with some nice bready malts laid over with clean grassy and other noble aromas of hops.
The flavour is initially nice... less round, more high notes compared to the aroma. Less malt presence, instead leaning into the hops, but the hops aren't quite right for me. It's more sharp oily lime type notes, building to a pointedly bitter finish that lingers and builds to get kind of cloying. It reminds me more almost of like a NZ style IPA, but without the white wine type notes I often get in those.
The carbonations is very fine and more of a blanket than discreet notes. That works well enough, but that cloying/oily bitterness that carries and holds long after the sip is through just isn't what I'm looking for in this setting.
