Had on tap a couple days ago at the brewery, thanks for a great time Matt.
Nice creamy fluffy 1 finger head fades at a med pace with lots of soapy wispy lacing, hazy golden orange juice color.
Nose brings nice Brett, funky mild barnyard with plenty tart fruits, lots of lemon zest and citrus rind, and a strange lime juice, faint vinous like white wine fruity notes.
Taste brings more Brett, light funk farmhouse up front then getting big barnyard Brett on the back end. More fruit, tart fruit, with lemon zest and a touch of limeade as well, and some orange flesh, faint white wine almost champagne like flavours, little vinous, and plenty of unripe tart fruit. A little malty sweet biscuit like thing, with light flemmy feel and light acidic bite. Finish is tart, little flemmy, some bitterness with grassy lemony hops, lemongrass and tart citrus rind, plenty more Brett funk.
Mouth is med to lighter bod, decent carb, light acidity and light flemmy.
Overall quite enjoyable, a nice Brett beer with good funk and tartness, nice fruits and citrus, very tasty and well done.

This is minx saison aged in white wine barrels with brett.
A - Poured into a mini tulip a crystal clear straw hue with a thin white head.
S - Aromas of fruity funk, light vinous notes, good brett. Light almost stone fruit, apricot, grape skin, faint barrel, good funky brett, very vinous.
T - Taste is similar to the nose, very barrel heavy, vanilla, vinous, oak, funk, brett, good stone fruit. Saison notes are really knocked back by the barrel. Not a bad thing at all.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly creamy, faint tartness. Would like more carbonation.
O - Overall this beer had a incredible nose with an awesome taste. The appearance and Mouthfeel needs some improvement.
