Enjoyed at the brew pub.
A - Poured into a standard tulip a clearish light pale straw with a thin white head that fades to leave super thin halo and light wisps.
S - Aromas of light lemons, good acidity, nice faint cracker grains and malts. Very bright.
T - Taste is similar to the nose, good lemons and light cracker notes. Solid lacto tartness, good softer malts. Acidity is quite bright, sharp on the finish. Slight dryness.
M - Mouthfeel is brightly carbonated, true to the style.
O - Overall this beer was quite tasty and refreshing. The lacto notes are really pleasant and tart, bright. Super easy drinking, would be great to drink on the porch.
