On tap at the brew pub.
Comes to the table a pale yellow with a huge long lasting white head that leaves lots of lace. The aroma is spicy with a hint of tart and a nice light bready pilsner malt character. the flavor holds a hint of sweet honey like maltiness with a firm spicy hop bite and a light level of fruitiness. Medium to light body with a moderate level of carbonation and a crisp bubbly mouthfeel. Nice kolsch, I could sit on this deck all day drinking these.

On tap at the High Horse in Amherst, MA. This establishment is where the old ABC was.
A - Poured into a standard pint glass a clear golden yellow with a one finger white head that leaves sticky lacing and a nice thin blanket.
S - Aromas of sweet malts and light grain and corn. There is a gentle floral hop nose as well.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with more light sweet Malta and grains. Not the nice yeast I like but there is a very good earthy grain aspect to the flavour..
M - Mouthfeel is a bit on the thin side for me. Still its crisp and very seasonable.
O - Overall my first beer from this place didn't blow me away. Slightly above average kolsch in my mind. Easy drinking but rather one note. Its worth noting, you can get MUCH better beers by going to what made that building amazing, just at its new location.
