"Enjoyed" on tap at the High Horse. Another lackluster beer from this brewery. This APA was a "highbred" brewed with british ingredients according to the bar tender.
A - Poured a hazy orange with a nice almost two finger head that faded to leave practically no side lacing and very little halo. Nice color though...
S - Aromas were very mediocre and underwhelming. VERY light on the hops and malts. Very, very light. Just well, average citrus.
T - Taste is more of the same underwhelming, mediocreness. Almost one noted. Muted/light citrus and barely bitter hops and sweet malts. Wow, and not in a good way.
M - Super, super average carbonation here. Stuffs drinkable. Thats it?
O - Overall, yah. My friend described this as "well, its a beer". Thats a great way to sum up this beer. Its a beer. Whether it was made with great taste in mind or the ability for college students to pound it easily back though remains to be seen.
