Last night from the source. Full notes taken at the time of consumption.
A- Pale yellow body tap to a pint glass with a decent haziness. Foamy white head has decent retention dying to a large pillow. Lacing is sparse with only a few spots.
S- Citrus, spiciness and pale whole grains. Lemon zest, coriander, wheat bread and slight vanilla orange sweets.
T- Leads off with the citrus like orange and lemon zest with some pale pear esters and the coriander. Whole wheat, cereal grains, slight pink pepper, vanilla and a light sweetness.
MF- Overall a light body with a smooth and creamy consistency. Carbonation is high but padded well. Ends with the spicy flavors lingering. Feels thin after some time.
Fairly fruity tones lead to a solid spice presence and whole grains. Balanced out nicely and the only qualm might be the body feels a wee bit watery later on.

Enjoyed at the brewery.
A - Poured into a standard pint glass a lightly cloudy pale straw hue with a one finger head that fades to leave a thin blanket and light lacing.
S - Aromas of light wheat, very faint grapefruit zest, coriander, Belgian yeast.
T - Taste is similar to the nose, very nice wheat profile, the citrus zest comes out much more, awesome coriander notes. Good fresh malts and wit with loads of tasty lovely floral zest.
M - Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated, crisp, very clean.
O - Overall this beer was really tasty, good traditional wit meets grapefruit. I dig it.
