I had this on draught at the brewery. It pours a lovely, clear golden-amber with a finger of milk-white head and lacing. The smell is rather subdued with yeast, clove, and berry. The taste is more complex than the nose with clove, coriander, honey, berry, and a hint of rye. It has a dry, somewhat bitter finish. It's medium-bodied, crisp, and dry with lively carbonation. The 5% ABV is barely noticeable; it is crushable and worth the effort given the pleasant taste. Overall, I was impressed with this Saison. It lacks the sophistication of Hennepin, Tank 7, Sofie, and some of the European examples but it is highly drinkable.
