A collaboration between Tuckahoe and Screaming Hill Breweries. Poured from 16.9 oz. bottle into Tuckahoe multi-purpose glass. It pours a cloudy, golden honey color with two fingers of foamy, milk-white head and lacing. It has the classic Saison smell: clove, coriander, and banana, pineapple, and Belgian yeast. The taste features the Belgian spices and yeast, along with the advertised wheat and rye. It is dry and earthy and I don't taste as much fruit as I smelled, or would expect in a Saison. This beer features lively carbonation and it's super easy to drink with with its 6% ABV. Overall, it's a very nice take on the style and it's ideal for one of the first mild days of the Spring season.
