Can from Kings in Phoenix.
A clear light orange with a thin white head that falls off rapidly leaving little lacing this looks solid. The nose is grainy with wheat to go with a mild prickly pear note, a moderate lactic sourness and a noticeable saltiness. A mild citrus note is present as well. As ot warms, a coriander note grows in prominence. The palate opens tart and salty, arguably a little too salty, with a grainy, wheat like note, a blend of coriander seed and fresh cilantro and a bit of lime. Drying, tart and refreshing yet harsh on the finish due to the liberal use of salt, this is solid. Alcohol is unnecessarily high, but isn't particularly noticeable on the palate.

To me, it tastes like a Moscow Mule in a beer. The lime flavor is very pleasant, but I feel a lingering, satisfying ginger taste.

Appearance: Lays on a massive head, with three fingers and then some; the hazy golden liquid underneath slowly builds but the stickage is excellent with a few spots of lace hanging around
Smell: Salty, lactic lime tones with a strong coriander and cardamom edge
Taste: Sour and salty, from the outset, with the salt and lactic lime flavors battling; coriander and cardamom emerges, through the middle; the finish is a bit like a cheap Tequila shot without the burn
Mouthfeel: Light body with moderate to high carbonation
Overall: An interesting take but I can't say I am digging it
Thanks, kevindp9, for the opportunity

Really crisp. Bracingly tart and pretty damn delicious. Definitely the best beer on the menu. Recommended.

To me, a nearly flawless beer. Cardamom, corriander, lemon, sea salt, all in sync in an extremely sessionable, gose-inspired sour

Cloudy, slight tart and good carb. Something different from an AZ brewery but not something I'd go back for.
