Pours a hazy apricot color with a huge white champagne like head. Stream of bubbles move upward in the body creating layers of color with some clarity on the bottom and cloudy haze on top. Looks fantastic.

Smells of tart apple, peaches and other sweet fruit, some pepper and clove, hint of must...and maybe brett? Hard to tell. This is listed as an English pale ale but smells more like a Belgian pale or biere de garde. The musty character gets stronger as the beer warms.

Tastes of apple, banana, sweet peach juice, some pepper and clove and other light spice. Very slightly tart but I don't think there's brett after all. Pretty tasty.

Mouthfeel is very good, high carbonation, very drinkable.

This is a good beer but hard to classify. Pleasant and easy to drink.

Bottle: Poured a light hazy golden color ale with a nice pure white foamy head with medium retention and some very light lacing. Aroma consists of light sweet malt with light floral undertones. Taste is surprisingly better then expected with notes of floral cereal with a delicate and light sweet malt backbone. Body is quite full with limited filtration and good carbonation. Not the most character full beer but well brewed and more enjoyable that I had anticipated.
