12oz can from Craft Brewers. Dark brown pour, ring of foamy beige head. Roasty, nutty, woody aroma. Taste features mild sweetness, mild bitterness, roast malts, burnt toast. Smooth, dry.

12oz canned fairly recently, poured into a snifter.
A: Mostly black pour with brown tones and a mocha-colored head that dies fairly quickly and doesn't lace at all.
S: Not much to speak of, indistinct impressions of darker cocoa and chocolate with some notes of coffee-like roast.
T: More vague than the nose even, I get that faint impression of coffee bitterness, maybe dark chocolate and ghostly caramel? Touch of toasted nut? I don't know, very unremarkable.
MF: Fairly smooth and not unpleasantly bitter.
O: Meh. Not unpleasant, just didn't care for it all that well; didn't even finish 12oz.

Pours a jet black with very little head. Taste is very rich and chocolatey, with a bit of bitterness, but also with a distinct boozey aftertaste - although not too harsh. It has good flavor, albeit a bit one-note.
