12oz can poured into a teku; effervescent golden/orange pour yields a fluffy white head that fizzles and fades; brew has some light haze and chill-haze; the big three unite to dominate the nose and palate; lemon, basil, and mint are all at the fore-front. The brew comes off very fresh but carries a significant tartness and finishes dryly. The sourness comes from that citrusy lemon, and there are definite notes of other herbal characteristics pushing through as well; the body carries a soft creaminess and I'm not sure if this brew contained lactose, but it wouldn't surprise me if it did. Overall it delivers on what it promises, but I would recommend some sugary additions to balance the sour dryness, maybe take this brew partially down the road of a more traditional Radler.

12oz can from Brewers Haven. Thick yellow pour, small foamy head. Tart lemon aroma, peel. Taste is also tart, sweet and all lemon. A bit more sweetness might soften this up a bit.
