Imperial Lager is light in body yet full of flavor. This extraordinary beer has pleasant aromas and slight bitterness. It is neither sweet nor bitter. It is perfectly balanced for a neutral flavor that is punctuated by fruity esters generated by the lagering yeast.

Look: Pours a golden yellow with a thick, frothy head of almost an inch. Classic lager look paying homage to the style.
Smell: Wheat, barley, malts. Pretty straightforward lager aromas here.
Taste: Definitely getting the wheat and barley, but also hints of honey, corn, and some dried fruits. For a lager the taste is more complex than I was expecting. Really good stuff here.
Feel: This is the perfect beer for a daytime drink. Incredibly refreshing, smooth, light body and the booze is well hidden at 8%.
Overall: I think Shades nailed this one. Serve it up extra cold and have one during a football game or during a summer barbecue.

Somewhat murky golden body with a huge eggshell white head. Smell has great balance of the hop bitters with the bready lager yeast, light lemon esters, and light grains. Taste is more resinous hop centric, with note of pine and grass, fresh out of the oven biscuit, yeast, and lemon peel follow along. Feel is hoppy and lesser so bready, with a big presence on the palate, carbonation is high. Solid strong lager
