On tap at I & I Brewing in Chino, CA.
Pours a murky yellow with a foamy bone head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Small dots of lace slowly drip into the remaining beer on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, cucumber, lemon, and slight dill aromas. Taste is much the same with cucumber and banana flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of spice bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer with some interesting aromas and flavors.
