Ruhstaller Test IPA 9.0. 7.6% ABV. 60 IBU.
A: About a finger and a half of head. Orange/light amber. Very light honey in the dimple.
S: The hop aroma is more herbaceous than piney. A hint of fir, and a light amount of sap. A bit of menthol/eucalyptus coolness.
T/MF: More of that coolness. A lighter amount of hop bitterness; again, more on the herb side. Slight banana peel and ash.
Not bad.
