Clear amber brew with plenty of foam in the Kasteel chalice. Pleasantly sudsy in the mouth. Fruity nose with a hint of funk. Tangy and appley. Pleasant cereal flavor with a touch of sweetness.
Yeasty finish with a slight bitter edge long into the aftertaste. This is a really tasty Saison with more alcohol than most.On tap at K-2, the brewery's other location. Poured from the 32 oz growler.
