Kulshan’s rendition of this classic American Style, Premium Lager is delicate, refreshing, and highly crushable. Brewed with U.S. Malted Barley, German Pilsner malt, and Yakima Valley Hops of the highest quality, this beer is neither overwhelming nor lacking in flavor; it is just right.

Poured from 12 oz. can into iced mug.

Smell: Sweet and crisp smell overall.
Taste: Major sweet malts up front. Very mild with dice dry finish.
Feel: Watery, as expected. Good and crisp feeling overall.
Overall: Tasty, balanced and refreshing lager. Much better than a lot of other offerings out there. A nice solid beer.

Appearance: Pours a clear yet golden very slight haze. With about an inch worth of head.
Aroma: Grainy, biscuit, bready, lemon zest. Faint notes of green apple.
Taste: Biscuit, bready, lemon zest, minor buttery with green apple in the tail end. Oh and it's very nicely crisp.
Overall: Such a great example of no frills lager and very straight forward. Very well done Kulshan. Cheers.

Light clear gold color with modest cap.
Aroma of sweet malt and light, floral hops.
Flavors are simple malt, rich and a bit sweet, with the merest breath of hops. The hops strike me as mostly floral and give some spicing to the dish without being a prominent flavor. Clean, simple malt flavors from start to finish without bitterness.
Medium texture with balancing carbonation.
A pretty good stab at a basic Lager without any surprises.

Poured into a snifter. Beautiful beer - crystal clear golden color with a frothy white head. Floral hops on the aroma, crackery grain, mild grassiness. The taste was as expected: crackery malt, some white bread, floral hoppy notes, and faint grassiness. Crisp and clean. Medium bodied. A great drinker for the style.

12oz can poured into 12oz goblet. Poured the expected clean, clear light gold color of the style, with just a thin cap of white head that immediately dissipated and left no lacing.
The aroma had the grain and gentle hops typical of the style.
Same on the palate, grain forward, soft hops in the background.
The body was light and clean, with a semi-sweet finish.
Drinkability was good, it's what you would expect from a basic "beer". Overall, there's no need to drink beer from a large, multi-national corporation, when you have a better example at your fingertips. If your in the mood for this style, Get Some!

Poured from 12 oz. can into cold glass.
Look: Light gold/straw colored. Crisp, white head that dropped quickly. Mild lacing.

Pour yields a pale straw-colored beer, very long got tan head that dissipates in seconds.
Aromas are light, grassy hops and some malty sweetness. The taste has the grassy hops, but there's an additional lemon note that melds well with the grassy notes and the malt sweetness.
I wouldn't stand in a line to acquire this, but I'd pound a few of these after mowing my grass or sitting at the beach.

12oz can received courtesy of beertunes. According to the stamp on the bottom, it's best by 9/9/17.
Poured into a Bristol Brewing shaker pint glass, this was a clear, golden color, with a modest white head that dropped fairly quickly.
Mildly sweet malts are the dominant aroma. There's a little bit of grassy hoppiness.
Crackery malt flavor leads the flavor parade, but not in a big way. Then a mild,.grassy and herbal hop flavor that forms up with the malts and together they tiptoe out to the finish, which is very slightly dry.
Light bodied, with a somewhat watery mouthfeel. Carbonation is a little low.
A decent pale lager, but nothing to seek out, unless you come across it while heading out to a barbecue or pool party on a warm summer day.
