Light gold in color, slightly hazy. Pine and citrus dominate the nose. The haziness is a by-product of high amount of hops added to this beer. The Pale Ale is also medium- light bodied. The malt flavor takes a backseat to the firm bitterness citrus notes from exclusive use of American Hop varieties.

Mild pine and caramel aroma, pours a darkish gold with a thin white head. Light biscuit malt fading to a spicy dry finish. Very mild bitterness. Overall a solid pale ale.

Poured from 12-ounce bottle into a tulip glass. Dark amber in color, with a decent amount of white head that left a bit of spotty lacing. This particular sample was a little on the malty side. Caramel and a little dark bread, with overtones of pine and citrus. Fruity and bitter on the back end, with a dry and mildly astringent finish. Overall, a pretty good pale ale. And the label is nice, too.

From the stubby 12 oz bottle in a snifter. This rather nice pale pours a
chill hazed straw color with a nice head of white foam that settles to a
thick ring, thin light pool, and very nice lacing. Nose of sweet honey and
caramel malts, grassy hops, spicy hop notes, and light grain notes.
Flavors follow the nose with grain and honey on the front and sides,
caramel and grassy hops hit middle to rear with grain notes hitting
again on the back. Nice mouth feel, lightly crisp, bitter on the finish,
lightly dry, and highly sessionable. Overall a nice little brew with 0.1
percent more alcohol than the original incarnation after they gave it a
name other than "pale". Decent.

Cheers
