64 ounce growler
Served in a mug
A - It is a bronze colored beer with a couple inches of off-white head.
S - I get some citrus with a caramel malt balance.
T - It is pretty hoppy for a pale ale. It has a citrus taste, but it does not overwhelm the malt.
M - Moderate with a slight chalky feel.
O - This beer was a nice surprise. I thought it was more IPA than pale ale. Regardless it was an excellent pale ale.

Got to have this on opening day.
A-Light copper in color with very little head retention. Moderate to minimal lacing shown on sides of glass while drinking.
S-Lemon citrus with very minor notes of malt or any sweetness to it. Very hop forward, smells more like a balanced IPA than a APA.
T-Tastes more like a IPA than a APA also. Very hop forward with some slight astringencies to the profile. Very minimal sweetness noted on the back end with some light esters at the end.
M- A bit light/watery. Feels like it needs some more malt backbone to it. Coating with the bitterness.
O-Not a bad beer overall, just needs some tweeks and tinkering. Good start. Really cannot wait to see what this brewery can do!

First beer at the first night open. Yeah buddy :)
A: Pours a copper orange, small off white head settles to a very small ring. Not a lot of lacing. Okay.
S: Small caramel sweetness, nice citrus and earthy hops. Very light toast notes behind it all.
T: Citrusy bitterness, caramel sweetness, hidden abv, finishes clean and a little fruity.
M: Lighter body, lower carbonation, slightly oily.
O: Solid first beer. A couple tweaks here and there and it would be a damn good.
