Farmhouse Wheat IPA brewed with wheat. Well hopped with Citra, Amarillo, and Columbus. Dig it. Notes of apricot, strawberry, peach, guava, and dank earth.

32oz growler, filled and drank 1/17/14
A: Pours a cloudy light yellow color. Loose bubbled bright white head. Some sticky lacing on the glass, probably promoted from the wheat used in this one.
S: Smells slightly funky. Farmhouse like on the yeast almost? Getting some cat pee astringency. Almost getting some bubble gum like character from the yeast.
T: This isn’t crazy aggressive on the bitterness front. Getting from nice fruity hops. Don’t really taste the Amarillo where you usually would. Finish is fairly dry. Easy to drink.
M: It’s medium bodied. That wheat adds a little bit there.
