Brewed with PA wildflower honey and a whole lot of rye malt. Hopped intensely with Amarillo and Nelson Sauvin. Notes of grapefruit, pine sap, black pepper, juicy fruit, and dank stuff.

On tap at TH.
Cloudy straw-yellow pour with a small white head; decent retention and lacing. In the aroma, grassy funk, citrus rind, and some earthy spice. Lots of grapefruit in the taste up front, mild pale malt/honey sweetness, wet grass, and a substantial wave of peppery spice that accurately recalled classic saison goodness, leaving an earthy aftertaste. Light-medium body, moderate carbonation, easily drinkable.
