This version of CKU is a blend of a number of various saisons (some from oak) and a well-aged citrus Berliner weisse.

Hazy, straw-colored liquid, with a rocky white head, which held at a ringlet, leaving random splashed of lacing on the glass. Funky aroma, wet grass, toasted wheat, candied lemon peel. Taste was herbal up front, grassy, with a bit of barnyard funk and dry wheat, mid-palate ushering in citrus pith, unripe and sour tropical fruits, light cider notes. Body was medium, mouthfeel was nice, good balance between sour and juicy, with a firm saison base. Overall a good blend.
