Dry-Hopped Saison. 4.8% Brewed with rye, oats, and wheat. Foolishly dry-hopped with bunches of Citra and Falconer’s Flight. You could almost think of this beer as being a very hoppy iteration of SaisonHands… Bone dry and gorgeous!
Notes of pineapple, black pepper, apricot, pine resin, zesty citrus, and oversight.

Served on-tap at the pub.
A - Pours hazy amber orange with a small half finger tall white head, quickly dissipating down to a light film, leaving little to no lace on the glass.
S - Smells of mild grassy and fruity hops, dulled saison funk, bit of peppery spice, pine resin and backing malt.
T - Starts off with a mix of hop bitterness and saison funk quickly being joined by the fresh grass, pepper, pine and backing toasted malt. Finish is a little sweet with some funkiness to it, lingering long after the finish.
M - Medium body with moderate carbonation. Hoppy, funky feel is well balanced.
O - A decent enough hoppy saison. I have had much better from them but I enjoyed it for what it was.
