From draft at TH. From the tap list: " Lemongrass & Brett Witbier. 5.1% The second take in the Summer of Witbier. Brewed with a whole lot of wheat and a touch of malted oats. Spiced in the kettle with lemongrass and grains of paradise, fermented with a blend of a classic wit yeast and a strain of Brettanomyces we’ve been wrangling, then conditioned on more lemongrass and grains of paradise.Notes of white pepper, citrus leaf, crisp wheat, unripe pear, and summer in Bruges." Very tasty!

Hazy, golden-yellow pour, medium white head, with good retention and lacing. Citrusy aroma, lemony, leafy, dash of pepper. In the taste, my notes say "super zesty lemon greatness," toasted cereal grains, peppery spice, grassy, leafy, good. Crisp mouthfeel, light-medium body. Nice overall.
