Very interesting brew. Black in color with a small tan head. Nicely tart with great wine and stone fruit coming through. I had on draft, and acquired a bottle from a 50 bottle release. I think this will age wonderfully.

On tap at the '14 TH AHE dinner.
Can't go wrong with a Guillemot base aged in wine barrels. Dark pour, basically black, in the shadows of the dimly lit room, topped with a small foamy head. Lots of dark fruits in the nose, anise, wood. Flashbacks to Guillemot Nebula/Prunus upon tasting, red wine, plums, prunes, chewy dark chocolate, black licorice, nice tart bite, earthy barrel notes. Very nice! Medium-full body, sumptuous mouthfeel. Great!
