Strongish Gose brewed with sea salt and Bartlett pear purée. Juicy and savory.

Brought home a 32-oz growler from 2 Saturday's ago. Pours a clody golden yellow with head that quickly dissipated. Smells of lactic acid, pear juice, coriander, and sea salt. Great integration of aromas. Tastes light and refreshing with upfront lactic acid bite and finishing tartness. Can taste the salt and pear juice with coriander that comes off like orange peel. Really a well done beer. Glad to have tried this. Could kill one, two, or three more of these in one sitting. ABV doesn't even come through. Seems like a 4% session ale.

On-tap @ Tired Hands Brewing Company in Ardmore, PA.
Hazy, yellowish green color with a small head and no lacing. Citrus aroma with pear definitely noticable. Light to medium body with a sour finish. Easy to drink and refreshing. Very enjoyable.
