32 oz growler into a teku glass
Appearance: Pours a dark, golden orange color with 1+ finger of an off white head that settles to a thin coating. Body is hazy but translucent.
Smell: Peppery yeast, earth, pear, spices, maybe some clove.
Taste: Light/medium tartness with overripe apples, foliage, pepper with a Belgian leaning yeast character.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied and a bit thin with low/medium carbonation.
Overall: Nice and enjoyable. Easy to drink.
