I appreciate tenderbranson69 for sharing this growler enjoyed chilled in a tulip.
The appearane is smoothie-like golden with visible carbonation and thick white creamy head with spots of lace sticking and good retention -I would prefer more clarity. The aroma is strong with Nelson aroma which is spicy and slight grape-like with yeasty fruitiness in the smell with dank/sweet combo of smells. The feel is mostly hops -resinous and bitter with slight tangy tropical sticky body with yeasty texture and moderately low carbonation for the style with subtle spice and dank creamy mix of yeast and hops oils.
The feel leads to a good flavor of Nelson with juicy white grape tropical juicy grapefruit and light grassy taste with a herbal element in the taste with citrus flavor and tea-like taste with slight astringent aspect and little yeast in the finish with a earthy fruity quality as it finishes on the dry side. Overall I like the taste of the nelson in this, very good hop taste but the yeast sort of obscures some of it -still juicy and drinkable recommend this as it is one of the best Tired Hands I have tried recently.
