Super Juicy Wheat IPA. Brewed with red winter wheat. Hopped intensely with Citra, Amarillo, and Simcoe. No hops were added to this beer before flameout, resulting in a very soft and juicy IPA.

Hazy yellow, opaque, with great head retention and lacing. Smell is intense lemon drop candy ... or really a lemon drop cocktail, plus a juniper / gin and tonic thing, some vinous notes. Sauvignon blanc? Taste follows through and is crazy unique. Juniper drops in hard and the end. Body has a slightly unctuous feel like some white wines. Truly a wild and interesting IPA.
