On draft at tired hands
A- milky light sunbeam in a glass. About a half Inch of head that goes way quickly
S-wheat, bubble gum, lactic sourness, wet hay, some slight funkiness
T- I got a lot of fruitiness, pineapple, wet hay,some slight spice, all wrapped in a lemon like tartness
M- very smooth creamy mouth feel, lightly carbed.
O- this was a very nice saison, love the use of the red winter wheat in it. Nice tartness to it. Would crush this all day on a porch in the summer of I could.

32 oz growler poured into a teku
A- A hazy golden color with a two finger white head.
S- Light fruits, bready, wheat, some barnyard funk, hints of bubblegum, kind of reminds me of a hefe.
T- Tart lemons, barnyard funk, light fruits, bready wheat, slightly sweet, hint of cloves, nicely balanced.
M- Smooth, medium body, good carbonation.
O- A nice Saison that has some hefeweizen qualities. Easy to drink, very enjoyable.
