IPA brewed with clementines, Meyer lemons (juice and zest) and chamomile. Hopped intensely with Moteuka and Simcoe.

thanks Tim for sharing this growler, enjoyed in a willybecker chilled.
The color is golden with very hazy yeasty look with white cap and tiny bead with good lace stickage. The smell is interesting with herbal and light peppery hop odor with slight citrus and generally hoppy aroma. The feel is very good with slight zesty and creamy yeast texture with slight bitter presence with semi-dry finish with resinous aspect.
The taste is very good with nice herbal and citrus aspect with light yeast earthiness in taste with slight tropical aspect floral and very mild medicinal flavor with citrus chamomile quality nicely balanced with the hops yet the lemony taste is juicy and refreshing. Overall I found the herbal, citrus and hop blend to be a good combination this is one of the best TH beers I have tried lately.

A little too much chamomile for me. It almost tastes like perfume, and it completely overpowers the citrus and hops.
