Dry Hopped oat Saison. Brewed with oats and a touch of Munich malt. Dry Hopped intensely with Equinox and gently with Citra in one of our large oak foudres.

From a growler, pours a cloudy golden yellow color with a frothy full white head.

The nose is tropical fruit, oats, a bit of yeast, and lemon. The taste is fruity with some white pepper, peach, yeast. On the back end lots of bitter hops and citrus notes. This is good, but not the best showing. Very easy to drink, enjoyable and would be a top-tier beer for most breweries.
