Cherry Rye Saison. Brewed with rye, de battered black wheat, and brown sugar. Fermented with our house Emptiness culture. Conditioned on heaps of black cherries.

Really a great brew from TH. Cherry very notable. Lightly sour and totally refreshing. No signs of any sweetness. One of the better Rye Saisons I've ever had. Growler fill held carbonation well. Would highly recommend.
