On tap at the brewpub.
Among the best TH selections I've had in a while for sure, and I'm actually surprised there wasn't more buzz over this one. Yellowish pour, hazy, slim white head. Aroma was citrusy, musty, zesty. In the taste, a little yeasty saison earthiness up front, but quickly subdued by a tart citrusy blast, tangerines and candied lemon rind, perky acidity, but not overly sour. I'm not sure if I've ever had this hop variety before, but I gotta say, I'm loving it, and it works very well in this saison. Medium body, mostly crisp, but a little sweet chewiness on the finish. Great overall!

This is dry, crisp, lemony, melon, peppery, just the right amount of tang, everything I look for in a saison. I wish I had a pipeline directly to my house. All 5's for me.
