A gorgeous take on a classic lager (this is in no way a "pale lager," so it's misclassified on this site). Poured from a growler filled <48 hrs prior, the beer develops a beautiful golden copper color, with an impressive, dense off-white head and a plethora of sticky lacing. Smell-wise, this screams "beer" in a classic sense. Biscuit, cracker malts, lemon tang, a hint of hops. And then welcome to flavortown (don't worry, I punched myself in the face for saying that). Buttered bread comes to mind, some mild grapefruit, sesame toasted crackers, and more. Delicious and complex. My only complaint is slightly undercarbonated for how I enjoy my lagers, but it's a trivial gripe. Fantastic beer, going to enjoy this growler on NFL Sunday!

Transparent Amber body, foamy bone white head. Aroma is toasted malt, lager yeast and a hint of grassy and piney hops. Flavor is much of the same, good lager flavor with a nice malt component and a bitter hoppy finish. He feel is fantastic and very drinkable, with medium to high carbonation. A nice lager all around.
