Saison brewed with raw wheat. Conditioned atop locally grown pears from @3springsfruit for many months. Very bright, autumnal, and pungent.

On tap at the brewpub.
Cloudy orange pour, small white head. Bright aroma, hoppy, fruity, grassy. Nice taste, crisp, grass and dry malts, surprisingly tart...not overly so, but just a good amount of fruity twang that I wasn't expecting from pears. Medium body and good drinkability.
