Double Dry Hopped American Pale Ale. The same HopHands we all know and love, just Double Dry Hopped with heavy amounts of Mosaic.

Thanks Jeremy for this one!
Pours a fully hazy peachy golden yellow, topped with a huge fluffy white head - excellent retention, and leaving significant lacing behind.
Nose: The aroma at face value is an absolute papaya bomb. There's some peach, apricot, and pineapple vibes, and beneath that, some herbaceous grassy, rindy, green notes, some gooseberry, orange pith, and kumquat notes, and just a whisper of black tea.
Palate: Like the original Hop Hands, the malt base is essentially perfect. Fluffy, grainy, a touch of creamy oat, with a small thread of sweetness - just enough to support the hops without weighing the beer down. There's a lot of grassy green, herbal Mosaic notes, with some unripe citrus and gooseberry backing it up. There's an almost Galaxy stone fruit vibe to this, with tones of drippy peach, apricot, and overripe mango, with a bit of papaya and sweet pineapple. The herbaceous grassy notes begin to cut in, lending a leafy, peppery bitterness which nicely balances the ripe tropical fruit vibe. The finish dries out tremendously, leaving you with raw, leafy, resinous hop flavour and some pithy bite. Clean.
Mouthfeel/Body: This may be just a hair fuller than the typical Hop Hands batch, but it expertly combines that New England pillow softness, with the crisp, snappy drinkability that an American pale ale should possess. Effervescence is fine, creamy, and adds the right amount of lift. A touch full for a pale ale, but very enjoyable.
Overall: Hop Hands is an absolute juggernaut, as far as New England pale ales go. The flankers that have come out have all been enjoyable, and this is no exception. I'm not familiar with the D2H3 lineage, but I do enjoy the Galaxy-like notes here, which pair nicely with the textbook Mosaic character. Full of flavour, crisp, drinkable, and very well balanced. A fun take on a new age classic.

Canned 9-2-20
Flowery, fruity aroma. Well balanced, pure Mosaic aroma and taste. MF is medium smooth, with little carbonation. Not very far from the original HH, it's still a very good Mosaic driven brew.

Full pourbat CK with Lisa. Another weird tasting IPA from TH. How do they mess up Mosaic?

Can. Light hazy yellow pour with white lacing. Aromas have herbal, grassy, citrus, mosaic notes. Flavors are nice, light mosaic driven and very drinkable. Want to go back to the well again and again for this one
