Saison brewed with spelt and fermented with our house microflora. Conditioned on copious amounts of Italian red plums and purple Thai basil. Acidic and vinous with spicy bite. Notes of red wine grape, anise, honey, citrus zest, and freshly cut fennel.

One of the best sours I've ever had. Tried it at the Tired Hands bar in Ardmore, and just asked them for whatever sour they recommended. I was floored when I tried it. Amazing beer, don't pass it up if you are into sours and have the chance to try it.
