Saison brewed with oats. Dry hopped heavily with two of our favorites, Motueka and Mosaic. Bright, grassy, with intense pineapple and citrus.

32 oz growler poured into a tulip
A- A hazy bright golden straw color with a two finger white head.
S- Some pineapple and tropical fruits, hay, fresh cut grass, mild funk, some peppercorns, nice malt backbone.
T- Lightly tart citrus, mild pineapple/tropical fruits, hay, some grass, slightly musty funk, nice malt backbone.
M- Smooth, medium body.
O- An easy drinking saison. It's hoppy without being over the top, worth trying if you get a chance

On tap at Tired Hands Brew Cafe in Adrmore, PA.
This one pours a slightly hazed yellow color, with a half inch head, and good amount of lacing.
Smells like pineapple, orange, and grapefruit, with some hay and grassiness, and a sort of countryside like funk.
There are not enough hoppy saisons in the world. I really enjoyed it. The Motueka and the Mosaic combo is really nice, there's some intense citrus, with a bit of a funky hay sort of thing, and a nice bitter grassiness. Really enjoyable stuff.
There's a very crisp and juicy mouthfeel, with a crisp carbonation level.
This is awesome, super crushable, and drinkable, with a perfect hop character.
