A nice and sturdy Saison brewed with red wheat, white wheat, and buckwheat. Well hopped with Motueka and Nelson Sauvin. Fermented and conditioned in Vin Santo casks for over four months. Brewed in collaboration with our pal, Khris from @greenbenchbrewing.
