Poured from a growler
This Saison was fermented in their concrete egg
Slight haze with a straw yellow color and decent white head
Smells of bread, spice, little bit of fruit
Taste - It tasted great at first with a little bit of that spice factor and tart fruit, but ended with a metallic and concrete taste, that at first left my palate screaming "what the hell?!?!" BUT after a few more sips I was able to adjust to the taste.
I have honestly had better tasting Saison Ales from TH, this one was good but I honestly could not get over the metallic aftertaste. Would love to see how other beers turn out from using their concrete egg!

On draft. Pale straw yellow slightly hazy, fluffy white head. Nose, pale bready malts, slightly tart, light fruits, hints of peppercorns, and a since mineral like smell (kind of what I expected out of something fermented in a concrete. Taste is very minarely/concrete (or at least how I think concrete would taste), some nice pear like light fruits, mild tartness, slightly sweet broadly malts. Overall a fun beer that is unique, interested to try more from the egg!
