Saison brewed entirely with Pilsner malt. Conditioned atop heaps of house processed Ruby Red grapefruit, rose hips, and a dash of hibiscus. Brewed to commemorate our @fermentaria Sous Chef Roch's newly born daughter! Tart and life affirming.
