Blueberry/Rhubarb Saison brewed with Golden Promise, oats, rye, and spelt. Fermented in our open top oak fermenters with fresh local rhubarb and our magickal house saison culture, then conditioned in stainless steel for many moons on top of loads of house processed local blueberries. Big notes of rose hips and raspberry jam!
