A farmhouse pale ale brewed in collaboration with the cool dudes from @holymtnbrewing in Seattle, Washington. Brewed with rye and wheat. Hopped with Citra, Hallertau Blanc, Hüll Melon and Equinox. Ride the drone to the phantasmatic land.

On-draught @ Torst in Brooklyn. 14oz/$9.00. Brief impressions:
Lemongrass, lactic acid, melon, wheat, lemon citrus, ale yeast esters (with some vague fruitiness). Balanced, though not right for a saison with its absence of spices or any brettanomyces funkiness. I like it for what it is, but it leaves something to be desired.
Refreshing though medium-bodied. Smooth and wet. Lacks the starchy dryness found in many saisons.
Drinkable stuff from Tired Hands. Likable, not loveable.
