Holy crap. This was an amazing beer. So sad too, that a one-off beer like this from a smaller brewery like Tired Hands will ultimately be lost to most people given their limited distribution. This was an incredible saison, made even better by the addition of sea salt.

Poured a hazy-pale yellow-orange. The nose is a straight-up cross between a saison and a gose. A farmhouse, belgian-yeast profile mingles perfectly with the light, clean, salty sour nose of a gose. The palate is predoiminantly sea salt, with subdued Belgian spices, and hints of pepper in the background. Mouthfeel is closer to a saison than a gose, but not fully). This beer tastes like a full-bodied gose, with tremendous nuance.

An exceptional brew.
