Poured very dark with tan head of little retention. Some funkiness on the nose. Hoppy bitterness upfront with some sweetness at the back followed by some Brett notes. Smooth mouthfeel.

8 oz pour on draft. Dark brown with a small tan head. Nose is tart, some dark fruits, touch of chocolate, mild funk, some wheat. Tast is definitely, roasted malts, some chocolate, a mix of tart dark fruits and berries, some earthy funk and a touch of anise. An enjoyable dark saison.
