Sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2017, yellow session. Aroma has wood barrel, quite dusty. Taste is tart, woody, even a bit moldy with some oxidation notes. Dry and light body.

On tap at TH...I forget, I think it was a Ferm brew.
Some of the truly best TH beers have been the ones that have involved grapes and/or wine barrels, and this one is right up there, even if there was practically no buzz around it at all. Cloudy pour, reddish-magenta color, delicate lacing. Fresh farm funk and crisp grapes in the nose. More of this in the taste, grapes not too strong, but very present, perfectly complimenting the farmhouse yeast. Light toasted grains, and droning herbal hops. Crisp vinous juiciness in the mouthfeel with a solid dry finish. Definitely a recent favorite.
