Sake Saffron Lager. Brewed with 100% two row barley and a generous portion of Saffron. Hopped gently with Saaz. Cold fermented with copious amounts of Nigori Sake then lagered for over a month for a crisp finish. This beer was dreamt up and brewed with our good friend Andreas Wagner of ProBrau in Altenstadt, Germany.
