Dry Hopped Saison brewed with wheat and fermented in our large Vin Santo cask with our Magickal saison yeast as well as a strain of Brettanomyces. Dry hopped with our dearest southern hemisphere hop, Motueka. Decisive, yet ephemeral.

I really liked this one - nice oak character, with a subtle funk from the Brett. The dry-hopping really makes this beer, though. It all works together so well.
