On tap. Slightly hazy yellow color with a bit of white foam. Aroma has spicy farmhouse yeast and citrus notes. Taste is tart with a light farmhouse funk and a hoppy bitterness on the finish. Light body, medium carbonation.

Hazed yellow under a layer of fluffy pure-white foam that fades to nothing. Airy fresh aromas of soft flowery/leathery funk, lemon, hay, peach skin, and light wood. Bright, tart lemon and spicy wood flavors...hay, flowers, earthy bitterness, and mild melon. Medium-light bodied, tart, and drying. Pretty tasty...

One of the best beers I've had so far in 2017. Super light color, with that typical Saison haze. Smell is such a clean, citrus, funky Brett. I could seriously smell this all day. Taste follows the nose, with just the right amount of hop bite. I only wish I could have fit more than one growler in my suitcase.

This beer is pretty simple, with 2 major flavors; Citra hops and barnyard funk. That is not a bad thing at all. Pours a translucent yellow and tastes great.

Pours a slightly hazy pale yellow with thick white foamy head.
Nose is bright sour citrus, peppery, slightly funky
Winner! Starts juicy, turns to citrus and finishes funky.
Awesome beer.
